  • Reliable detection of internal and external hazardous conditions
  • Evaluation of existing fire detection technology and development of new methods for the defined failure scenarios (WP 2)
Intended results:
  • Report on the suitability of detection parameters in the relevant failure scenarios
  • Selection of effective fire detection methods for the design of fire protection concepts in WP 4.2, 4.3, 4.4
  • Sensor technology for battery fire detection (TRL 5) and transfer to WP 5
